strategies, developed suicide hot spots, message searching, image monitoring procedures, and high risk follow-up and rescue methods, and put forward suicide prevention intervention service processes.
(4) Strengthening risk precautions and encounters of infants and women
A. Risk warning system and intervention for infants and women: In response to the implementation of the plan for reinforcement of the social safety network and pressure faced by social workers due to the increase of infant and children reported cases, the MOHW analyzed the characteristics information of annual infant and children protection cases' opening rate through statistics, and completed empirical foundation of infant and children protection case indices. To allow individuals with emergency needs to receive immediate support and services, and reinforce the service effectiveness of infants and children.
B. Women in Taiwan suffering domestic abuse: The MOHW has followed the trend of adult women suffering abuse domestically for a long time as the basis for promotion of policies of domestic abuse prevention and resource arrangement. According to the survey results of 2021, the prevalence rate of
women age 18~74 suffering abused domestically was 8.99%. The lifetime prevalence rate was 19.62%. The most common was moral violence (8.53%, 16.76%), then followed by economic, physical, sexual violence, stalking, and harassment.

In 2021, technical transformation of 6 research achievements were accomplished, including 5 at the National Health Research Institutes, and 1 at Taipei Medical University. The technologynames are as follow:
A. National Health Research Institutes: Anti- diabetic reserved medicine DBPR211, genetic sequencing technology and inspection package development, surrounding blood stem cell transplant medicine DBPR215, ingredients of cornea preservation liquid, and multitarget kinase anticancer medicine.
B. Taipei Medical University: Endometrial cancer molecule screening techniques.
The total income from research and development results was NTD 8,647,408 in 2021, as shown in Figure 12-1.
